Reviewing Microsofts 360 promises Empty Reviewing Microsofts 360 promises

With the upcoming announcement regarding the next generation Xbox, now is a good time to review the promises they made when unveiling the 360 for the first time all those years ago

HERE

Given the animosity of most gamers towards the rumors of the always on requirement it will be interesting to see how they try and sell it. To be anything other than a version of DRM then it needs to offer me some sort of benefit for being online and I am struggling to think of any. To be fair I think that 90% of the time I had my 360 it was 'always on' but there is a difference between a choice and a requirement for playing

Nice find Dave, some interesting points in there and on 21st May, I expect Microsofts marketing hyperbole will be going into overdrive.

I daresay a lot of it will be trying to put a positive spin of any of the less than positive aspects of the new console (if the rumours are true)
