For anyone who hasn't played it, Jet Set Radio was pretty fun back in the day.

It seems I've only played the (apparently very similar) sequel on the xbox. I'll give the trial a download.Killswitchmad wrote:The Selkie wrote:For anyone who hasn't played it, Jet Set Radio was pretty fun back in the day.

I have the Vita version, did have a quick blast on it and wasn't too impressed, although I will go back to it at some point.

Re: Sega sale hits XBLA
Also picked up Guardian Heroes today, Would strongly recommend it at that price.
It's from the same guys that brought us Ikaruga and is basically Golden Axe/Streets of Rage with a bit of RPG and some of those old choose your own adventure books thrown in.
It plays really well and has options to play in both updated and classic graphics. Alot of game the for 160points, I believe it's co-op too.

Re: Sega sale hits XBLA
Picked up Renegade Ops and Guardian Heroes last night. Both are great fun and really worth picking up if you have some points.
RO has 4 player co-op which should be great - its a lot of fun with just 2
Guardian Heroes is about the most insane game I have played for a while. Battle Mode on it is just frantic - 16 players on screen kicking the crap out of each other. It had me and Killswitch in stitches last night as we couldn't figure out were our own characters were in the melee so just bashed buttons and hoped. I am not usually a beat em up fan but love this and for 160 points its well worth a try!
