4 on demand and Demand 5 now available on the dashboard

4 on demand service as well as demand 5 have now appeared on the xbox dashboard to download.

Just grabbed 4od and while looks good, ive not been able to watch any videos yet as it says content isnt available. but look promising. Now bring on iplayer

not sure, if its only for the beta dash at the moment.

video quality on demand 5 is good, better than i was expecting

If your in the beta mate and it popped up today then it shouldn't be available to everyone for a couple of days yet...
