Achievements to net you free M$ points, starting this fall....

According to a tweet on the official Xbox LIVE Rewards Twitter page, "We've hit 50,000 followers, which means it's time for an announcement! Coming Fall: a new way to earn Rewards based on your Achievements!" Microsoft later acknowledged that the rewards system for achievements would be similar to past offers, which could mean receiving Microsoft Points for completing certain achievement based objectives, just as an Xbox LIVE Rewards member can currently earn free Microsoft Points for completing monthly surveys, purchasing Xbox LIVE Gold, recommending friends and completing other various tasks. If you're not a Xbox LIVE Rewards member, there is no better time than now to sign-up!

Nice, I use the rewards site as much as possible so will be keeping an eye on this. To date, I have had over 1200 points back from M$ through the rewards scheme

I have had about 800 - 1000 points I think.

How do you get the points added to your account?

once you have over 100 points the get deposited into your account at the beginning of the next month
