Need for Speed Most Wanted video preview

I didn't think I'd buy another NFS game but with this looking like Burnout in all but name I'm going to need to own it

Mmmm looks like a right mish mash of NFS and Burnout. Lets hope its more like Burnout Paradise than NFS Hot Pursuit.

I will keep my mind open on this one, I just wish they would ditch the NFS franchise and concentrate on Burnout.

If it is anything like Paradise, then I will get this

Looks like Burnout with licenced vehicles. Lets see if its any good but already it looks like whether you want it or not, Autolog is going to get rammed down your throat at every opportunity

Actually I believe you can now switch off Autolog notifications

The multiplayer on this could be a real life sucker if done correctly, going from race to free roam challenge straight to police chase seamlessly could provide a bunch like us with some great fun

Also a whole new set of billboards and gates means I'm likely to spend countless hours just driving around :p

I really liked NFS, I loved the blacklist and working your way up to number 1 to race that prat that stole my car at the start

I'm not sure, to be honest my love for the same genric NFS is getting old - The NFS were all Good Pre MW - everything after has been Poor

Criterion are rebooting past NFS games, they did the same with 2010's NFS: Hot Pursuit, it shares its name with the original PS1 game.

I got NFS Carbon and did not like it all, I got it because of how much I loved MW and was very disappointed with it. I haven't bought a NFS game since.

If it closer to Paradise than Hot Pursuit, I may be tempted although I vowed not to buy another NFS game after the dross that was Shift 2. Its only because Criterion's name is strapped to this that I will give it any attention.

I actually kind of enjoyed the singleplayer part of The Run, Had they got it right though it could have been so much more....
