LIVE price rises coming in november

Looks like the rates for xbox live will be going up in november, this comes from major nelsons blog via this site

£4.99 to £5.99 doesn't seem too bad and it mentions that this is the first increase in price since 2002 - pretty good if right but my memory is not that good so don't know if thats accurate or not.

Would of thought they would roll some additional services to soften the blow and prevent Sony running with this in a negative sort of way

as long as they dont rise the 12 months too much i wont mind to much
