Yep, rather enjoyed this weeks episode - 'twas a nice satirical take on the console wars.

Re: good old south park
Ive not gotten along too well with the new series of SP. First ep was OK and the next 2 I thought were just cock. Satire has to be funny or it dont work.. Maybe thats just me. Will give this a look though.
Been watching the Micheal J Fox show recently. I kinda like it - nothing amazing but not bad in the grand scheme of things (even if the critics dont like it miuch).
Also gotten into Morden Family lately. I watched first ep ages ago and though meh.. but I gave it another go.. couple of episodes to know the people and its rather good.

Clearly you've become old and cynical-er, Homer. You didn't laugh when the kid was teaching Randy to play minecraft and asked him how to get wood and Randy replied "by watching informative murder porn" ?

Ive been cynical for a long time - must have slipped by you
I dont recall specifcs - but I pretty much lost interest by the end so I might have missed some stuff... just didnt think it was funny.
I recall watching the 'anti-chef' episode and thinking it was utter bollocks too - someone at work proceeded to explain how it was actually great and very well observed. Might have been but it certainly wasnt funny. Not to me anyway which clearly is important

A big part of the humour is the subtle references to current events, if you don't "get" it then it's just going to be jokes. I'll admit I was a bit disappointed with the last week's ginger cow episode though. It had a lot of potential, but I just didn't like the direction they went with it.
