LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham Announced, First Trailer, Screens

Warner Bros and TT Games has announced that LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham will be available this autumn (so Oct-Dec) for the Xbox One a Xbox 360 , PlayStation®4 and PlayStation3 , PS Vita, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS and PC.

In LEGO  Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, the Caped Crusader joins forces with the super heroes of the DC Comics Universe and blasts off to outer space to stop the evil Brainiac from destroying Earth.  Using the power of the Lantern Rings, Brainiac shrinks worlds to add to his twisted collection of miniature cities from across the universe.  Now the greatest super heroes and the most cunning villains must unite and journey to different Lantern Worlds to collect the Lantern Rings and stop Brainiac before it’s too late.

The game will also feature more than 150 unique characters from the DC Comics universe for players to unlock, including members of the Justice League, LEGO big figures such as Killer Croc, Solomon Grundy and many more. as player explore famous locales from the DCU   such as the Hall of Justice, the Batcave and the Justice League Watchtower.

Along with the announcement TT also released the game’s debut trailer and first batch of screens.

well, i will rent it - i always do - and i will probably enjoy it, but i think theyre going a bit OTT now. 3 in a year is taking the piss a tad

I enjoy the LEGO games, they are all basically the same though and as Slowie says they are really milking it now with yet another in such a short time. What the LEGO games are crying out for is proper online co-op, the puzzles would be great co-op and I'm sure they could think up some new ones with co-op in mind.

Still reeling back from the rip off that was lego hobbit, not being sold as two thirds of the hobbit. I'll probably pick it up though (I'm a sucker).
