Turn 10 gifting something...possible unicorn?

10,000! Ten thousand gamers have subscribed to the Turn 10 Twitter account over the past year; it’s been a great learning experience for us (finding the balance between forum and social users) as well as a great tool for interaction. Hundreds of prizes, trivia questions and updates later, we have reached our first milestone of 10,000 users. Around March of this year we promised that when we reached said milestone, that we would do something special for our community to show our appreciation. Over that period of time we have tossed around lots of different ideas and settled on a little thank you gift that we think all of you will like.

This prize is a way of saying thank you to all of the followers that have joined our ranks, the ones who have yet to jump in but still get the updates, and the new members who we hope to add to our Twitter account down the road.

Instructions: Since manually waiting for and sorting/sending 10,000 individual gamers through Twitter would have taken too long, the way we will be gathering the Gamertags will be through the comment section of this individual blog post. The blog will close at 7pm PDT on Tuesday November 16th (10 EST, 3 AM UK). If you have not yet commented on this blog at the cutoff time you will not receive the prize so please drop a comment as soon as possible so you do not miss out (especially if you have been following our messages for a long time)!

Again, I want to thank everyone who re-tweeted our messages over the past few months, who made forums posts on message boards all over the interwebs (we see you!) and who have participated in what makes this little social tool so powerful.
