Hmm there was talk of it a few days ago but nothing confirmed...

I hope they are issuing refunds for failing to provide me with a service that I have paid for

Update 2: The issue is being "looked into" according to Xbox Support and Major Nelson, Currently no confirmation on the cause....

It will obviously be the clean unplugging the server so she can plug in her vac

Hmm something more sinister may be afoot here, @XboxSupport usually replies to every tweet they recieve no matter how many come in but in the last half hour they have become almost silent....
