Forza Horizon Trailer leaks.....but what is it?

With Microsoft's Spring Showcase due to start on Monday an interesting development has reared itself, A leaked trailer for "Forza Horizons" The trailer shows no gameplay footage but a release window of "Fall 2012" Also of not is that a second developer is credited, "Playground Games", A quick look at their website shows that they started up in the UK last year and have been working on a "Secret Project" since. It also seems they only develop for Microsoft products indicating that they are at least part owned by Microsoft.....Here's their latest post:

"You’re not going to believe this. After almost a year of recruitment, Playground has filled its last remaining role! That’s right. No more blue recruitment ads. No more BIG PG WELCOMES on Twitter. Stick a fork in us, we’re done.

The story of our growth is remarkable, even if we do say so ourselves. This time last year we employed 16 people, working on a project which remains top secret to this day. Last week, we reached a huge milestone: 100 employees, contractors and vendors working on-site at Playground in our state-of-the art, 12000 sq. ft. studio. Today we have 106 staff and the last of our hires will start work in the next couple of weeks.

The most remarkable part is the quality of the staff we’ve attracted. Our success in recruiting high calibre developers shows just how strong the UK talent pool still is, and we’ve done pretty well in prising staff away from Canada and the US into the bargain.

It seems Microsoft may have more up their sleeves than we think....

I can't see this being a new Forza on 360 so close to FM4, Could this be a launch title for the next gen console?
