Its the E3 2013 thread (sorry killswitch)

well, E3 is finally here, when chance are, the only thing that will get answered is the question "there will be games, right?"

so, the schedule is:

5.30 pm is Microsoft
9.00 pm is EA
11.00 pm is Ubisoft
2.00 am is SONY (I know, right!?!!?!)


so, as i wrote this, we have 3 hours to Microsoft give all the haters something else to whinge about. In the meantime, assuming everything we know is set in stone, what would you like to see? what do you expect to see?


personally, I would love to see microsoft give verbal little "middle fingers" to many trolls the world over. so, for example, theres the pathetic rumour that MS are paying off other companies to make sure they dont say that a game is available for PS. for example, COD, they wouldnt be allowed to say its available on anything except Xbox. So yeah, i think the first multi-platform game shown being announced for all next gen and cutting to don mattrick or whoever looking fake shocked would be pretty funny

I think this is down to people really wanting reasons to hate MS now, so they've started to willingly misinterpret things. There are news sites reporting it and citing forum posts as their source. I shit you not. Basically MS have been paying third party developers to show their games running on the X1. I'll accept that as probably true, but they aren't paying them to pretend their game isn't coming out for the PS4. They're trying to get their console associated with new up and coming games, that's all. This is all getting silly again.

I want to see Road Rash re-released, never happen in a million years. It will just be all about COD no doubt

cod and the other 19 games announced to appear................. I wanna see some games I want a date and I want a price. that's it anything and everything else will be a bonus.

im also looking forward to seeing more from Destiny.

i would be surprised if we get much more from cod given what was done yesterday.....

multiplayer maybe, but that would be a break from the norm

To see the ps4 and what new games are coming to the wii u if any.

Hopefully Microsoft and Sony will learn from Nintendo when it comes to over pricing there consoles, games and accessories !!

current rumour doing the rounds is that the XB1 will be 300 dollars. and that it will be able to do everything bar play games. if you want the games, you pay for gold at an increased 100 bucks a year (from 60) and you are tied into a 2 year contract

And M$ have just announced that starting July we now get 2 free games a month.

Not a fan of that new design 360 though. :/

Insomniac have taken a u-turn and are now creating a game exclusive to the Xbone

Forza 5 will No longer include AI driver, the game learns how you drive, where your weak and strong on a track and uploads that to the cloud, the game downloads these drivertars to games for racers.

Also the game looks AMAZING!

Project Spark looks very interesting, using Kinect, Smartglass and a controller to create your own games, it's got cute graphics but it seems that you can go so far as writing behaviors etc line by line

The cringeworthy buddy crap is back.....

Metal Gear looks good, I find I'm leaning more towards slower & more stealth based games.
Killer instinct gave me a twinge in the trouser dept.
Forza 5 was meet with a shrug, 1 & 2 were good but for me 3 & 4 were only fancy & expensive expansion packs.
Quantum Break & Sunshine Overdrive look interesting.

So far though it's not convinced me to keep my console pre-order, but wait for at least 6 months.

I'm impressed so far the DVR , built in editor and ability to stream your game live are really looking good....

TBh I'm sold on Killer Instinct alone...

Must say I'm not generally a fan of Dead Rising but the demo of Dead Rising 3 was impressive

The Wither 3 looking massively impressive too

I need to get back into The Witcher 2 & finish that off as 3 really does look like one of the top games to appeal to me.

And there's the small glimpse of the next part of the new Halo trilogy, now running at 60fps
