How biased are OXM reviews?

I would expect some MS tinted glasses to a degree but they would have no credibility if the games didnt live up to their reviews. PC Gamer gave the PC (obviously) version 94% as well - I am not sure if there is much difference between the PC & console but it is looking very promising

i will get this regardless tbh - kinda looks like a futuristic and polished splinter cell

It doesn't seem to be influenced by the hype (duke nukem was given a harsh review) so hopefully this is going to live up to what everybody is hoping for
