may as well have a dedicated thread for this.

watched the ubisoft show last night. very sweary. was weird. the show was good. very good & clever loooking kinect fitness game i thought, and also new rainbow six game which looks like multiplayer heaven.

and GTA IS COMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to next gen, obviously.

a quick scan of ps4 conference related stories doesnt have anything particularly sticking out at me. realise its subjective, but it all seems related to stuff that i personally am not that fussed about. but i will watch and have a proper nosey later

Agreed I think if I owned an XB1 I would feel very happy about the direction of travel.

Only Hardline beta was a bit of a blow. Although I felt the same about Forza 5 & the new free content!

Sony also showed quite a lot of Far Cry and supposedly PS4 exclusive feature -  "You can invite your friends to play Far Cry 4 with you even if they don’t even own the game!"

Haven't seen the Sony conference yet but from what I saw... MS boring nothing that interested that much, Forza Horizon 2 wasnt shown off very well concidering it one of the very few exclusives.

EA money spinning annual repeats of sports games and Hardline which actually plays better than it looks, the beta works.

Ubisoft, best conferance yestrday, all the swearing was unnecessary and over done. FarCry cgi trailer looked good and left me interested. Coop AC looked interesting, Rainbow 6 looked ok but its not going to be played stealthy with planning in the a real game sinario same with the Division.

Anyobe notice the word "Kinect" wasnt used at all even during Kinect games.

Got to say that dead mans sky got my interest at the don't conference. Looks like a sort of 3D terraria mashed up with starbound. I just hope that such an ambitious game from such a small, new, company can live up to the hype.

Wasn't really a surprise but Uncharted 4 looks astounding if it's true that they captured the tiny bit of video from the ps4. I'm sure naughty dog will deliver though, they usually do.

I must admit that Rainbow Six looks very good and 4 player co-op on AC Unity blew my mind a little

I missed them all but I think I've caught up on most of the highlights. The Master Chief Collection looks mental - that's a ridiculous amount of game to be selling for $60. Massive "meh" towards GTA5. New Rainbow 6 looked alright, the sort of game I'll probably pick up at some point once the price has dropped, but not something I'm desperate for. Big "meh" towards all the racing and sports games. Sunset Overdrive looked... alright. Bloodborne the PS4 exclusive looked very interesting though. Other than that it was a fairly meh E3. It's still quite soon after launch so both sides had already announced most of their big up-and-comers previously.

Oh, almost forgot - Star Wars Battlefront is going to be awesome.

Just watched the Sony conferance, first half was great then they brought out the fat suited guy and it went down hill.

Destiny, just hope it lives up to all the hype, PS4 timed exclusives...so what   
The Order 1886 looks good.
Little Big Planet 3 looks a lotta fun coop, shame they had the worst gamers ever to show it off  
but again so many CGI trailers

The Master Chief Collection? "meh" as you like to say   . Its just a massive cash cow for MS. Did they confirm the price of $60? I stopped listening when they started spouting about revamping 10 year old games   .

Surely your not accusing EA of making a quick buck ?

The only slightly odd thing about Hardline is the lack of bystanders and other moving vehicles. We are all used to this in GTA and WD it spoils the illusion a bit.

I don't think the graphics are any better than BF4. I want to love it as I was a great fan of cops and robbers in GTA4....

It does look good but I just don't think it will be played as in the gameplay video, same goes for The Division, I think they will just turn into a run and gun COD fest. It will be different if your able to play two teams of friends but playing against the great unwashed will just be a free for all.

And why do Ubisoft insist on the stupid roleplaying party chat? Like we all talk like that

All games we won't see till next year at least a couple will drop this winter and that's it .....meh

halo, so, fh2, ori, fable, acu, alien, bf:h, lego, metro, cod, destiny, mordor, da:i, evolve, fc4, fifa, the crew, the evil within, gtav

and out of those, fifa and gtav being definate purchases, the rest most likely being rentals, though we will see. still hoping f1 will appear

I would love to see an F1 game to Slowy, fingers crossed. I will buy FIFA, GTA, Halo and will probably get sucked in to buy Cod as well. I say every year I wont but I know I will
