Skyrim getting Kinect support offering (for once) useful commands! Also allows you to shout like a boss....
Well, this is…interesting. Bethesda has sent official word that Kinect support is coming to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Available for free as a title update slated to release later this month, Skyrim Kinect will feature more than 200 Voice Commands and near countless hours of you looking and sounding like a maniac in your living room.
Here's a full description of what you can expect:
"Adding a new dimension to Skyrim’s gameplay, the Kinect for Xbox 360 integration offers Voice Commands throughout the game including Dragon Shouts, Hotkey Equipping, Follower Commands, and all Menus (Items, Magic, Map, Barter, Container, Favorites, and Skills). With Voice Commands, quickly create and load saves during gameplay and access menus and inventories. Skyrim’s Kinect for Xbox 360 Support also adds new functionality including special map functions, additional hotkey options, and the ability to sort inventory items by name, weight, and value."
Also, Bethesda teased the well-known fact that additional content for the game is in the works and that it will add new quests, locations, features, and much more to the world of Skyrim. As for when we can expect additional details, Bethesda says to "Stay tuned, we hope to officially announce what it is soon."

I remember seeing this where somebody integrated kinect to Skyrim on the PC. Perhaps this gave Bethesda the idea?
